Custom builds — multi-tier cascades, larger stone, or several features — are priced after a walk-through based on size, stone and site access. Lighting, plantings and seasonal start-up and shutdown service are available as add-ons. A small booking deposit holds your build date, the materials payment is due shortly before the build, and the balance is due on completion.
Each fall the system is shut down and the pump is pulled for the season, then started back up in spring. We offer start-up and shutdown as a seasonal service, so you don't have to touch it.
Most standard pondless features don't need a building permit. Any new electrical circuit is installed by a licensed electrician, who pulls the ESA permit. Waterfront lots can have shoreline setback rules, so we check that during the consultation.
Yes. There's no open pool of water — it recirculates through an underground reservoir covered by stone.
